The moderator of the round table was RTV journalist Borko Despotovic.
The conclusions of the two-day consultation of the Association of tax advisors of Serbia are:
• Digitalization is necessary in the operations of taxpayers, and therefore, the process of digitalization in all state bodies needs to be accelerated,
• It is necessary to introduce automatic data exchange between all state authorities, and thus reduce the administrative burden for tax payers,
• when changes are being made to the Companies Act, it is necessary to pay attention to the personal responsibility of the members of the companies in case of liquidation of the company ex officio.
• It is necessary to require from the Ministry of Finance and from the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering to compare the normative framework in our law with the laws of the other EU member states regarding the position of persons engaged in professional activities, namely tax advisors, accountants and auditors.
